HOW TO INCREASE YOUR STEPS THIS WEEK

How to Track Steps on Your iPhone

  1. Find and Open the "Health" App - you can search for it by swiping down, or just find it in your apps

  2. Toggle over to Browse with the bottom tabs.

  3. Search or scroll to Steps.

  4. View your Step Count history. 

Once you get to your step counts, joining the Wellness Challenge is a no brainer!! Just make sure to take your phone with you on every walk!!
