CMAC Founder, Dave Christie enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1966 and served our country through 1972, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant. He served as a munitions and weapons specialist and loader, and an IO Flair Kicker. His military service took him to Vietnam from 1967-1969 where he worked and flew in C-7, a C-47 Gunship called Puff the Magic Dragon, C-130, A1E Skyraider, and B-52 Bomber aircrafts. Dave was the NCOIC of Night Attack Mission upon my return (C-130 Spectra development), later used in Iraq and Iran. Upon return from Vietnam, Dave received several medals, was on flying status, and received 2 Air Force Accommodation Medals - 1 for the 1968 Tet Offensive and 1 for Meritorious Service in 1969.
