New Warehouse Facility in Brownstown

CMAC TRANSPORTATION OPENS NEW WAREHOUSE FACILITY IN BROWNSTOWN

Brownstown, MI: On January 1, 2022, CMAC Transportation began operations in the latest warehousing addition to our growing operation. The new warehouse facility in Brownstown adds an additional 270,000 square feet of space for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Suppliers. Out of the 270,000 square feet of warehousing space, all but 50,000 has already been filled.

Located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Detroit, the new Brownstown warehouse is optimally located for suppliers and manufacturers. Across all industries, businesses are struggling to find warehousing space in the Detroit area. CMAC is extremely fortunate to be able to expand its warehousing operation to provide the services in demand.

Today’s announcement follows CMAC’s December 23 announcement of warehousing expansion in Roseville, MI. In July 2021, CMAC opened a 100,0000 square foot facility in Romulus, MI.
